Kearin, the police department of Oak Park, Illinois, largest village in the world, efficiently handles a great volume of traffic every 24 hours. Oak Park has used Harley-Davidsons exclusively for years and received honorable mention in the 1945 National Traffic Safety Contest. In front are: Chief Kearin, left, and Lt. W. Koerber. Magazine Condition - Good with a few light stains on front and back covers and a very light stain along the edge of most of the pages. Please look at photos.

Mailing sleeve condition: tattered, and torn corners, date on sleeve does not match date of magazine for some unknown reason. Please look at picture.
